This is possible thanks to selected ingredients like our Italian sourdough starter, passed down for more than 100 years, and our flours guaranteed by the experience of a historic mill, Molino Besozzi Marzoli, born in Milan, in Via Adige, in 1911: one of the most modern and technological in Italy at the time, already recognized for its cutting-edge technologies and equipment.
