INGREDIENTS
Scrocchiarella® Classica Soft Wheat
Mozzarella Fior di Latte
Pasteurized egg yolk
Pecorino romano
Crispy pancetta
Pepper
PREPARAZIONE
Preheat the fan oven to 250°C
Remove Scrocchiarella® from the freezer
Pour a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Scrocchiarella®
Place Scrocchiarella® on the oven rack (not on the baking tray)
Bake for 3 minutes always at 250°C
Remove from oven and distribute the ingredients on the surface
It is recommended not to overdo the quantity of ingredients to ensure the lightness of the product
Bake, always on the oven rack, for another 2 minutes
