INGREDIENTS
  • Scrocchiarella® Rustica Multicereals
  • Truffle cream
  • Mozzarella Fior di Latte
  • Arugula
  • Porcini mushrooms
  • Parmesan shavings
  • Chili pepper threads
PREPARATIONS
  • Preheat the fan oven to 250°C
  • Remove Scrocchiarella® from the freezer
  • Pour a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Scrocchiarella®
  • Top the surface with all ingredients except the Parmigiano Reggiano shavings, arugula and chili pepper threads
  • Place Scrocchiarella® on the oven rack (not on the baking tray)
  • Bake for 5 minutes always at 250°C
  • Remove from oven and top the surface with the remaining ingredients
  • It is recommended not to overdo the quantity of ingredients to ensure the lightness of the product
