INGREDIENTS
  • Scrocchiarella® Rustica Multicereals
  • Artichoke cream
  • Mozzarella Fior di Latte
  • Roasted artichokes
  • Cooked ham
  • Grana cheese flakes
PREPARATIONS
  • Preheat the fan oven to 250°C
  • Remove Scrocchiarella® from the freezer
  • Pour a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Scrocchiarella®
  • Place Scrocchiarella® on the oven rack (not on the baking tray)
  • Bake for 3 minutes always at 250°C
  • Remove from oven and distribute the ingredients on the surface
  • It is recommended not to overdo the quantity of ingredients to ensure the lightness of the product
  • Bake, always on the oven rack, for another 2 minutes
