Sweet Sandwich con with Scrocchiarella® Classica Soft Wheat Classica Soft Wheat

INGREDIENTS
  • Scrocchiarella® Sandwich Classica Soft Wheat
  • Hazelnut and cocoa cream
  • Candied raspberry
  • Orange zest
  • Powdered sugar
PREPARATIONS
  • Preheat the fan oven to 250°C
  • Remove Scrocchiarella® from the freezer
  • Pour a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Scrocchiarella®
  • Place the Scrocchiarella® Sandwich on the oven rack (not on the baking tray)
  • Bake for 3 minutes always at 250°C
  • Remove from oven, open the Sandwich and distribute the ingredients inside
  • It is recommended not to overdo the quantity of ingredients to ensure the lightness of the product
