Alongside us was Pastry Chef Samuel Omar Gonzalez, who brought a new way of thinking about breakfast, highlighting the creativity and innovation that have always driven the AB Mauri Group.
The day ended with a moment of great emotion: the Concept Innovativo 2025 Award – “The Courage to Try” was presented to Panificio Maria Marinoni of Milan, a bakery that for over a century has combined tradition and experimentation, turning the oven into a true place of encounter and inspiration.
