February was a month full of meetings, experiences and new connections. From Beer & Food Attraction in Rimini, through our debut at Identità Golose in Milan, to the 45th edition of Tirreno C.T. in Carrara, we brought the quality and versatility of Scrocchiarella® to the center of the Ho.Re.Ca. world, meeting industry professionals, exchanging ideas and experimenting with new inspirations. At Beer & Food Attraction we found the dynamism of an event that tells the future of catering and beverage, with an audience increasingly focused on quality and the search for innovative solutions. At Identità Golose, for the first time, we took part in the international congress of signature cuisine, contributing to the theme "Identità Future" with our vision of a product capable of combining tradition and innovation. It was a stimulating discussion with chefs, pizza makers and high-end catering professionals, discovering new interpretations of Scrocchiarella®.
Finally, at Tirreno C.T., a reference point for the hospitality world, we experienced four intense days of meetings, demonstrations and tastings, confirming our commitment to providing quality solutions to those who work every day in the sector.
