On the occasion of SIGEP WORLD 2026, Scrocchiarella® presented the Scrocchiarella® Masters, a new initiative dedicated to professionals in the Horeca world and designed to enhance creativity and talent.
At the heart of the project is the desire to offer a space for free expression, starting from a common base, open to personal and original interpretations.
The project was presented during SIGEP with the interventions of Carlo Meo, CEO of M&T, and Andrea Mongilardi, Deputy Director of Bargiornale, an Italian reference magazine for the bar world since 1979.
Two categories provided:
Participation is open to all Horeca professionals of legal age residing in Italy, called to present a recipe capable of expressing vision, technique and personality.
Applications are open until March 31, 2026.
The selected proposals will be communicated by April 15, while the ten finalists will meet on May 11 in Milan, during Tuttofood Milano, to present their creations in front of a jury of experts.
With the Scrocchiarella® Masters, Scrocchiarella® strengthens its commitment to dialogue with food service professionals, promoting an approach that combines quality, versatility and creative freedom.
