On May 9, 2025, in the evocative setting of the Monastery of Astino in Bergamo, the fourth edition of "Arte è Ricerca" took place, the charity evening promoted by the A.R.M.R. Foundation in support of scientific research on rare diseases. During the event, chef Mirko Ronzoni hosted a signature showcooking, featuring our Scrocchiarella®, which was served by Laura Catering, the leading distributor of the area.Laura Catering contributed with great enthusiasm to this important charitable initiative.
