This year too, at SIGEP 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming the team from Locanda Dal Barba, a reality from Villa Lagarina (TN) that offers job opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities, promoting their autonomy and independence. Our relationship, born in May 2023, has represented much more than a simple collaboration: a journey built with passion and commitment, which recently also inspired Barry Callebaut's Chocolate Academy to support Locanda Dal Barba, collaborating in the creation of chocolate desserts designed together. We were proud to continue this journey together, certain that sharing authentic values can generate new opportunities and connections, giving life to concrete change.
