At SIGEP 2025 we told the extraordinary story of the Riso Venere® supply chain, the ingredient of excellence at the base of our Scrocchiarella® Riso Venere bases, with their soft and surprising taste. During the dedicated talk, we highlighted the origin, processing and quality of this unique product, cultivated exclusively in Italy. From the lands of Piedmont and Sardinia, Riso Venere® is born thanks to the passion and experience of the SA.PI.SE. cooperative, pioneer in the production of the first Italian Aromatic Black Rice since 1977. A process regulated by strict controls, which ensures quality and sustainability, fundamental elements for AB Mauri in creating innovative solutions for the bakery world.
