Scrocchiarella® at HostMilano 2025: flavor, creativity, and new connections

From October 22nd to 26th, we were at HostMilano, the international trade fair dedicated to the world of foodservice and hospitality.

An event that turns Milan into the beating heart of Ho.Re.Ca. and food service — a place where ideas, professionals, and innovation meet.

For us at Scrocchiarella®, these were days filled with encounters, curiosity, and a true desire to share.
At HostMilano, we shared our vision of foodservice: a world where every dough becomes a story, and every recipe an experience.

We presented the new Preferite — recipes signed by chefs from all over Italy, each reinterpreting Scrocchiarella® in a personal, creative, and contemporary way — and once again shared what makes our range so special: lightness, craftsmanship, versatility, and authentic flavor.

The spotlight was on three creations that tell stories of territories, emotions, and identities — all united by one unique base.

“Origini in Tavola”
Created by Chef Felice Magarelli (Pizzeria Fuorirotta, Bergamo), it’s a tribute to the flavors of his life — a bridge between Campania and Bergamo.
San Marzano tomatoes, meatballs, Monte Bronzone stracchino fondue, and crispy fried polenta chips come together on the Scrocchiarella® Classica base, in perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

“Focu Meu”
Signed by Chef Bruno Bruzzese (Pizzeria TURI, Marina di Gioiosa Ionica), it was born from the meeting of Calabrian intensity and Mediterranean delicacy.
On the Scrocchiarella® Rustica Multicereali base, ‘nduja from Spilinga, sheep ricotta, and figs blend with hand-crushed walnuts, lime zest, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, creating a perfectly harmonious balance of contrasts.

“Fusion Venere”
Created by Chefs Gioia Castaldi and Silvia Lauri (LIME Tropical Bistrot, Nettuno), it’s a journey through sea and spices, tradition and contamination.
On the Scrocchiarella® Riso Venere base, potato and coconut milk cream, chorizo, crispy octopus, and Mediterranean aromas come together — an invitation to explore new horizons of flavor.

Each creation became a way to tell the story of Scrocchiarella®’s potential: a base that adapts, inspires, and elevates every interpretation — crispy on the outside, soft and airy inside — ready to embrace any culinary idea, from bistro to pizzeria, brunch to aperitif.
