From February 22 to 24, 2025, we participated in Identità Golose 2025, the international congress of signature cuisine that this year looked to tomorrow with the theme "Identità Future". An edition dedicated to innovation, sustainability and inclusion, to rethink the future of catering without ever losing the connection with tradition. A balance that for us meant enhancing artisanal excellence through research and quality, proposing solutions that combined practicality and authenticity. It is with this vision that we brought Scrocchiarella®, designed to enhance every creation with its unmistakable crispiness and the versatility needed to interpret new consumption trends. The appointment in Milan, at Allianz MiCo, was a special opportunity to explore together with chefs, professionals and enthusiasts the future of cuisine and baking.
