From February 22 to 24, 2025, we participated in Identità Golose 2025, the international congress of signature cuisine that this year looked to tomorrow with the theme "Identità Future". An edition dedicated to innovation, sustainability and inclusion, to rethink the future of catering without ever losing the connection with tradition. A balance that for us meant enhancing artisanal excellence through research and quality, proposing solutions that combined practicality and authenticity.
