Scrocchiarella® Masters: the first edition celebrates the creativity of HoReCa professionals.

On 14 May, during Tuttofood Milano, the Scrocchiarella® Masters celebration concluded,  a project promoted together with M&T and Bargiornale that challenged the creativity of HoReCa professionals.

 

The Scrocchiarella® range as a starting point, open to personal and original interpretations.

Two categories.

Scrocchiarella® Creativa
First place went to Paolo Saccomanno, with “Passeggiata sensoriale”.
A tribute to the gastronomic excellence of Tuscany: house-made truffle mortadella, ricotta from Reggello, Certaldo onion cream, semi-dry cherry tomatoes and chives.

On the Scrocchiarella® Classic Soft Wheat base, a carefully balanced combination of intensity, craftsmanship and freshness.

Scrocchiarella® Sandwich Creativa
First place went to Brian Mandelli, with “Celebration”.
A pulled pork marinated in German beer and apple juice, paired with smoked Campana buffalo mozzarella and coleslaw.
On the Scrocchiarella® Sandwich Classic Soft Wheat base, a recipe that brings technique, creativity and a bold character to the table.
